Roccos Private Reserve Smoked Cajun Sausage

This smoked cajun sausage is my secret recipe. As owner of Bacon Freak, I can use time honored formulas to make our sausage or sometimes I just do what I want. These sausage links are a result of my passion for cajun flavors! I have used a New Orleans recipe that include a blend of white, black, red pepper, garlic and onions to give it that authentic cajun flavor. Then I slow smoke the sausage with hickory and apple wood to meld all the flavors. Each package contains 4 links and each package weighs 1 pound each.
