Spinach Salad with Bacon Recipe

A sweet and savory spinach salad so good, you'll forget it's good for you!

• 2 bunches of Spinach - Washed
• 2 eggs hard boiled
• 8-12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
• Add mushrooms or avocado

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 Tbsp grated onion

1. Tear spinach into small pieces
2. Toss with all ingredients & dressing
