Broccoli Bacon Salad RecipeIngredients:
- 1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Malt vinegar
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Chop bacon strips into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook bacon pieces over medium to medium high heat, depending on your stove, until evely browned. Drain bacon pieces and set aside.
- Make dressing by combining mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Set dressing aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Cut broccoli flowerets into bite-sized pieces. Chop onions.
- Place broccoli, onion, raisins, and bacon pieces in a large mixing bowl. Dress salad with just before serving to preserve the texture of the bacon pieces.
