When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST MON-FRI usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the 3:00 PM cutoff will ship the following business day. The exception to this is on orders placed on Thursday or Friday that require refrigeration. These orders will be held over and shipped the following Monday to ensure that your package is not left in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Alternatively, you may specify a future date for delivery, in which case we will wait to ship until the appropriate time frame.
When you pick the "Standard (2-3 Business Days)"shipping method, the approximate arrival date serves ONLY as an estimation and is not guaranteed by that day. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, you MUST select one of the "3 Day Air" "2 Day Air", "Overnight", or "Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday" delivery methods.

How will my order be shipped?
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time. Depending on the size of the order we ship First Class Mail, Priority Mail with the USPS, UPS, FedEx or Golden State Overnight in certain areas.

How does the bacon stay fresh while in transit?
All bacon is shipped in the best possible manner to ensure ultimate freshness by utilizing such methods as: (1) state of the art "Gel-Packs" and/or (2) specially designed, protective thermal-insulated bubble wrap, (or any combination thereof).
**Please Note** Some of our bacons do not require refrigeration. However, we recommend that you refrigerate or freeze your bacon upon arrival. Bacon that does not need refrigeration will be signified by a sticker on the insulated package enclosing the bacon. Please take note of this sticker! For bacon that does not need to be refrigerated, it is shelf-stable for up to 90 days. After the 90 days, the bacon must be refrigerated. We are not responsible for spoiled bacon if it has not been refrigerated or frozen after those 90 days.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. As former army brats and soldiers, we will do whatever it takes to send a package to a soldier. Please be mindful that countries like Iraq will not accept our bacon products because they are pork.

Do you Ship Internationally?
We are only able to ship to the USA and Canada. We cover any brokerage fees for orders shipped to Canada, but you will be responsible for any taxes assessed.

What states do you currently ship wine to?
We ship wine to: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Ontario Canada, however all shipments will have a surcharge to cover the additional costs of shipping. We will automatically add these charges to your order during shipment.

If I am shipping my order as a gift, will the recipient know how much I paid?
We never include pricing information on our packing slips. We only include the items and quantities that were shipped. If your packing slip does not match what you received in your order, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly fix the problem.
