Bourbon Street Sausage

Our Bourbon Street Sausage is hickory smoked using old-fashioned methods. We use high quality certified pork that's full of lean, and we add the perfect seasoning to make sure it will make a mouth-watering breakfast. Our sausage is smoked in a cloth bag over smoldering hickory wood chips. Each cloth bag has 2 pounds of sausage.
