Our BBQ Pork Cracklins are made from the skins of country hams. We cook the fresh pork skins to a golden crisp in a hot vat, then we cook the cracklins a second time in a convection oven to dry them and improve the flavor. Then we add BBQ flavor. I like adding these cracklins to our favorite corn bread recipe for breakfast, but they can be eaten right out of the bag as a delicious bacony good snack!
